\u2022 CONCLUSION OF SALES AND AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
Users may place orders for Goods, which S\u2022A\u2022M may accept or reject. Whether or not S\u2022A\u2022M accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment or payment authorization by S\u2022A\u2022M for the Goods or letter of consent where specifically requested by S\u2022A\u2022M .
NOTE: S\u2022A\u2022M will indicate the acceptance of your order by delivering the Goods to you and only at that point will an agreement of sale between you and S\u2022A\u2022M come into effect (the \u201cSale\u201d). This is regardless of any communication from S\u2022A\u2022M stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. S\u2022A\u2022M will indicate the rejection of your order (by S\u2022A\u2022M itself) by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for amount already paid (excluding the provision of a fee should work already commenced on the order, work done fee).
You may cancel an order within 48 hours (not 2 (two) working days \u2013 2 (two) days) of your payment via the dedicated communications channels available, thereafter the production of your item has already commenced. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy below.
Placing Goods\/items in a shopping cart without completing the purchase cycle (steps) does not constitute a completed order for such Goods, and as such, goods may be removed from the shopping cart if stock is no longer available, or the price thereof might change without notice to you. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
Debit card: where payment is made by debit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and\/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization (within 24 (twenty-four) hours) your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the debit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your debit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
Credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorize and\/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. \u2022 DELIVERY OF GOODS
S\u2022A\u2022M offers a courier method of delivery of Goods to you. Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
Where it accepts your order, S\u2022A\u2022M will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible (\u201cDelivery Period\u201d).
S\u2022A\u2022M\u2019s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order.

\u2022 GIFT VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS
S\u2022A\u2022M may from time to time make physical or electronic gift vouchers (\u201cGift Vouchers\u201d) and promotional discounts (\u201cDiscounts\u201d) available for use on the Website towards the purchase of S\u2022A\u2022M Goods.
Gift Vouchers and Discounts can only be redeemed while they are valid, and their expiry dates cannot be extended. More specifically:
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers that are purchased by registered users are valid for 1 year after Sale. Gift Vouchers that S\u2022A\u2022M gives away for free are valid for the period stated thereon. In each case, if your Voucher has not been used within that period, it will expire and be deemed unusable.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers or Coupons. They do not accrue interest and are not refundable for cash once purchased or otherwise obtained via S\u2022A\u2022M platforms.
If your Gift Voucher value is less than the amount required to cover the full order you wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods above.
S\u2022A\u2022M is not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorized use, or unauthorized distribution of a Gift Voucher, after it has delivered, the Gift Voucher to you or the email address nominated by you.

Discounts
There are two types of Discounts: a Discounts with a fixed amount of a discount, e.g. R100 off (\u201cFixed Discounts \u201c), and a Discounts with a percentage discount, e.g. 10% off (\u201cPercentage Discounts \u201c).
Discounts are issued in S\u2022A\u2022M \u2019s sole discretion, and we are entitled at any time to correct, cancel, or reject a Discounts for any reason (including without limitation to \u2013 where a Discounts has been distributed in an unauthorised manner).
Users do not have a right to Discounts, and Discounts cannot be earned.
The value of the Discount will be set off against the value of your shopping basket and the balance remaining, if any, will be payable by you.<\/p>

Standard Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either replace it provided all online return policy conditions are met.

You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery\/collection.
You produce your S\u2022A\u2022M receipt when you return the item.
